Job Description

As an Employee Meeting & Events Operations, you are responsible for the operational execution of meetings and events together with the Food & Beverage Manager. You ensure that every event runs smoothly and meets the high quality standards of Radisson Blu.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and breaking down meeting and event rooms according to the agreed event schedule and floor plans
  • Executing events based on the established event function sheet / run-of-show
  • Monitoring the quality of service, operations, and guest experience
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety regulations, and work procedures
  • Serving and replenishing coffee breaks in meeting rooms and foyers
  • Assisting with lunches and dinners for meeting and event guests, often buffet-style in Haven Restaurant
  • Supporting Food & Beverage operations during banqueting events and ensuring a clean, professional present...
