Our client is looking to hire an Employee Incentives Lawyer at Managing Associate level into its Employee Incentives and Corporate Tax offering in Leeds.
This is a high-quality role for someone who enjoys a mix of advisory and transactional support work, and who wants to work closely with partners on complex, fast-moving matters for a broad client base, from owner‑managed businesses through to multinational organisations.
You’ll advise on the design, implementation and operation of remuneration structures and incentive plans, and you’ll support corporate teams on transactions where incentives and executive arrangements are a key workstream.
