Coverage Needed: Exact Dates Needed: 4 hour orientation before start date Days: Dec 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 - Days Nights: Dec 22, 23, 24, 25 Dec 29, 30, 31 Jan 05, 06, 07, 08 Jan 12, 13, 14 Shift Types: Day: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Swing: 11:00 am – 11:00 pm Night: 7:00 pm – 7;00 am Clinical Details Critical Access Hospital 25 Beds 10K Annual Volume Support Staff 1 Day Physician 1 Night Physician 1 Midlevel Swing EMR: Meditech Expedited Credentialing Requirements ATLS through American College of Surgeons ONLY ACLS, BLS, PALS through the American Heart Association ONLY Experience: 2 plus years of experience required Last calendar year MUST have at least 250 cases Active ND License or IMLC DEA easily transferable Board Certification: Preferred: Emergency Medicine Board Certification or Board Eligible inside of 5 years Willing to accept any active Board Certification, outside of EM as well, but it must be active
