Position Summary

The Royal Inland Hospital (RIH) is seeking a Trauma Team Leader (TTL) / Emergency Medicine physician to join their dynamic, collegial group. The role works under an APP contract for emergency and a MOCAP contract for TTL, covering approximately 14 shifts a month.

Responsibilities

• Work emergency and trauma shifts under the TTL program.

• Provide clinical care in the emergency department, including assessment and treatment of acute patients.

• Participate in quality rounds, monthly journal clubs, and trauma rounds.

• Teach medical students, residents, and other learners when appropriate.

• Contribute to the department’s educational activities and maintain current practice standards.
