Key responsibilities
Define and execute the commercial strategy for the EMEA region in line with global objectivesLead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of 9 direct reports across EuropeDrive sustainable revenue growth through key account management, strategic pricing, and portfolio positioningStrengthen relationships with multinational and regional customers, acting as senior commercial sponsor where requiredOversee distributor strategy and performance across selected marketsCollaborate closely with marketing, innovation, supply chain, and operations to ensure effective executionMonitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decision‑makingEnsure strong commercial governance, forecasting accuracy, and performance management across the region
