We are seeking an EMEA International Commercial Counsel based in our London Office. The role supports a broad international footprint and works across Europe, India, the Middle East and Africa. Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice across commercial, regulatory and international matters.
• Draft, negotiate and advise on complex commercial agreements, including distributor and third‑party contracts.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to support business strategy.
