Responsibilities

• Serve as the prototype delivery engine and the primary client-facing technical lead, interfacing directly with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers like Audi, BMW, and Forvia.
• Build heating pad prototypes, including fabric cutting, cable preparation, wire-to-electrode connection via ultrasonic welding or low-temperature soldering, connection protection, and lamination integration.
• Develop and optimize wire-to-fabric connection methods.
