Responsibilities:

• Handle elder law litigation cases, ensuring efficient and effective management of legal processes.

• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.

• Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather and analyze pertinent information.

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, advocating for their rights and interests.
