Bentley Technical Account Manager
Position Summary: Receive an alert on account activity, guide day‑to‑day relationships with Enterprise accounts, and ensure Bentley services meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of elevation and escalation for customer issues, prioritizing and resolving them promptly.
- Monitor open cases and collaborate with Support to meet or exceed SLAs and SLOs.
- Manage regular Service Request and operational reviews with assigned customers.
- Review trend data to identify learning or improvement opportunities, enhancing product use.
- Involve technical resources to accelerate time‑to‑value for Bentley products.
- Maintain visibility into customers’ direction and needs within Bentley.
