About this Position
The Sales Representative is responsible for executing local sales plans in alignment with the SBU strategy to maintain and grow existing customers while acquiring new business opportunities. This role ensures achievement of sales and distribution targets, strengthens customer relationships, and drives execution excellence at the point of sale.
What you´ll do
- Execute local sales plans and strategies aligned with the SBU objectives.
- Develop and implement customer-specific action plans based on customer roadmaps.
- Deliver sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC% / GP%) within assigned territory or accounts.
- Execute pricing and promotional activities in line with company strategy.
- Support and execute Key Account Management (KAM) strategies, including listings and promotions.
