As a BILINGUAL SERVICE EXECUTIVE , you´ll be responsible for providing advice and attention to policyholders of International Major Medical Expenses.

• Provide correct attention and advice to the insured regarding an international major expense policy, insurance processes reimbursement, hospitalization, hospital network, etc.
• Advise on the correct use of the policy (resolve doubts, give know conditions and exclusions, etc.)
• Follow up on administrative procedures with the different internal areas (Reimbursements, surgery scheduling, billing, others).
