**Job Description Summary**
The EHS Specialist- Service position reports hierarchically to the India EHS Leader. He/she will be responsible to ensure the safe operations during Service across ONW India Region. He/she will work closely with the OPS team and when needed with the customers to provide technical EHS support and oversight to ensure successful implementation and execution of all EHS expectations from GE Vernova & ONW. He/she will also provide input and support the wider ONW COE EHS team as we work to build one successful EHS team. He/she manages an EHS Team (GE Vernova Employees / Contingent workers as applicable) allocate the EHS resource across the responsible country for Service activities.
The EHS Specialist - Services is a critical role to provide technical EHS guidance and support successful EHS management across the operations sites during the GE Vernova work scope such as operations, major upgrades and blade services.
