Detailed Overview

In accordance with the BC College of Social Workers standards of practice, Fraser Health's vision, mission and values, the strategic plan of Fraser Health, the concepts and principles promoting quality practice and learning environments and the national interprofessional competencies, the Social Work Educator provides clinical education and learning support for identified areas within Social Work practice. Provides clinical and educational support, plans, implements and evaluates educational activities and programs. Collaborates with Clinical Practice Leaders regarding related clinical education, education and learning support strategies, gathers information for ongoing quality improvement and review, and participates in research functions related to Social Work practice.
