This role assists patients and families with accessing public benefits; specifically Supplemental Security Income (SSI) enrollment and Medicaid redetermination and strengthens the hospital’s ability to support economic stability through community and governmental partnerships.

Required Qualifications

Education:
GED or High School diploma

Experience
1 year or more experience working with public benefits, such as SSI or Medicaid.

Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
