POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Economic Development & Airport Services, this position provides comprehensive organizational, special project, and research support to advance key department initiatives and programs. The incumbent ensures efficient workflows, coordinated work processes, and timely completion of deadlines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not listed in order of priority)
- Provide professional organizational and project administration and research support to the Director of Economic Development and Airport Services, and to department managers.
- Prepare, create and edit correspondence, briefing and summary notes, reports and presentations, including those containing confidential information, ensuring completed materials accurately capture meeting notes and next steps, memo and letter drafting, preparation of agendas and distribution.
