Valid ECE II classification in ManitobaCurrent First Aid & CPR Level CClear Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry CheckCompletion of Commit to Kids training (or willingness to complete)Completion of Accessibility for Manitobans Act training (or willingness to complete)Experience in inclusive, play-based learning environmentsRespect and appreciation for Indigenous knowledge, languages, and cultural practicesAbility to work collaboratively and respectfully as part of a diverse teamExperience working with children with supportive requirements is an assetAbility to communicate effectively with adults and children in English; an Indigenous language is an asset
