Early Childhood Development (ECD) Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and community-focused Early Childhood Development (ECD) Manager to lead the ‘Na̱mg̱is ECD Team in developing and implementing services for parents and children ages 0–12 that support healthy growth and development. This role oversees the development, efficient operation, and delivery of Early Childhood Development programs in accordance with legislative regulations, ‘Na̱mg̱is policies, and commonly accepted practice standards while ensuring program goals and community needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership & Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of ‘Na̱mg̱is Child Care Services for children ages 0–12 and their families while ensuring quality service delivery and program effectiveness.
