Position Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, ensuring all communications are clear, friendly, and professional.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, order processing, returns, and general inquiries about our beauty products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for a first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction and address common issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of our product offerings.
