Position Details
Description: What will you do?
- Log all inbound and outbound contacts and update customer records
- Perform technical troubleshooting with customers
- Support customer orders by providing relevant information
- Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers and show empathy
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
Requirements: Candidate profile
- Native-level Dutch with fluent English (C1)
- Willingness to work in Lisbon, Portugal
- EU citizenship or valid Work VISA
- Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
