We’re seeking dedicated Behavior Support Professionals (DSP-1 CAL) who are passionate about making a real difference.

In this role, you’ll work directly with adults in community-based settings— implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), fostering choice and self-advocacy, creating supportive environments, and documenting progress to ensure growth and quality care.
