DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Performing tasks as per the line supervisor, the WHO driver knows and respects the security rules related to vehicle movements, follows and applies security instructions and adapts the driving according to external factors such as security situations, weather conditions, the traffic rules in the country, the itinerary, in city or highway, day or night and the traffic density. This includes but are not limited to the following: Drive safely and securely in line with UNDSS and WHO standards and local traffic laws, be responsible for the vehicle and its contents and ensure full compliance with all safety, traffic, and security rules and WFS policies &instructions. Be responsible for the safe transport of WHO staff under any circumstance. Ensure that other road users are not harmed because of WHO road operations.
