CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Water Well Drillers and Field Supervisors for our client working across FIFO drilling operations within the mining and resources sector based in Western Australia.

This role will suit hands-on Water Well Drillers and Field Supervisors  with strong experience across drilling operations, ideally within mining, resource, geotechnical, and FIFO drilling environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee drilling activities safely and efficiently
• Lead drill crews, offsiders, and site personnel
• Coordinate daily drilling schedules and site operations
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and JHAs
• Monitor drilling performance and equipment utilisation
• Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
