Your new role

As Donor Care Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to, leading the donor team; overseeing all aspects of donor care operations; overseeing relationships with third-party phone support agencies; delivering training; designing and executing stewardship plans; analysing feedback to support continuous improvement; overseeing the timely processing of all donations; managing reconciliation reports; collaborating with marketing and communications and all general administrative and ad-hoc tasks that fall into your new role.
