Responsibilities
Take the lead to oversee and develop the team so as to establish relationship with clients and manage their expectation Sustain good relationship with both internal and external parties in order to achieve overall development/production schedule and on-time delivery Identify opportunities for product gaps and margin improvements Take charge of budget issue and need to stay analytical on effective costing to enhance business growth Negotiate best price point and lead times with vendors Ensures all steps of approval including samples and trims etc. are completed within the TNA calendar to catch the original delivery date.
