Job Description
The Divisional Finance Head will be part of the MT of the division, be in addition an advisor and co-pilot in commercial matters and strategic decision-making. Managing full P&L responsibility of the division, furthermore:
Lead the finance team across accounting & controlling (IFRS), compliance, risk management and ITDrive rolling forecast, budget and strategic planning processesDevelops a high-performing global finance organization, ensuring robust governance, value-oriented financial steering and establish scalable functional process excellenceFocus on cost improvement programsTransformation / optimization of SAP system and focus on automation / digitalization of financial processesEstablish forward-looking performance management based on KPIs substantiated by defined actions plans with equally balanced focus on growth and cost disciplineActive management of investments and net working...
