**Job Summary**
Under limited direction, uses RIA industry knowledge and demonstrated skills to provide relationship management to clients of our Correspondent Clearing Division (CCD) with a focus on driving client loyalty, managing escalations, and growing the client relationships. Works closely with service, trading, practice management, technology, and other internal subject matter experts to build a deep partenrship. Negotiates all aspects of the client relationship. Identifies opportunities to utilize CCD resources to capture assets and maintain profitability standards.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Strategic Relationship Management: Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with centralized management of our CCD clients and, secondarily, each firm’s financial advisors.
