Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) accountable for in-store execution for essential customers.
• Drive sales volume and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Coach and develop the ASM team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English language proficiency; additional languages an advantage.
• Travel 30-40%.
• Permanent employment.
