GM Financial is a wholly owned captive finance subsidiary of General Motors, providing auto finance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop dealer relationships, train dealer staff to generate contracts according to GM Financial’s credit risk and profitability models.
• Provide quality customer service, satisfying business needs of customers and GM Financial.
• Take corrective actions through direction of RSM, managing dealer accounts (DAVs) and tough credit/funding situations.
• Coordinate field activities with District Sales Managers of GMCL when possible.
• Manage and grow a sales territory, meeting or exceeding forecasted retail lease and loan volume targets.
• Coach dealers, performance improvement planning, and regular field engagement.
