About the role We are growing, and hiring District Managers to join our league operations team, based in Toronto! This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who takes ownership, builds strong teams, and drives operational excellence.

The District Manager owns the performance, consistency, and overall health of a defined group of Brodie League locations. You’ll play a key role in scaling Brodie’s presence across Ontario by building strong leaders, driving consistency, and delivering high‑quality league experiences.

District Execution & League Health

Ensure every location consistently meets the Brodie Standard across game flow, staffing, stats, content, and player experience

Monitor weekly execution and identify gaps early, stepping in before issues escalates
