Role Introduction
Reports to: Assistant Manager Global Distribution System Management
The incumbent will be responsible for performing Distribution cost (e.g. Shopping & Booking cost) control and budgeting, analysis and invoice audits to minimise cost spent. He / She will also support Cost of Sale management and drive areas of improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor Distribution Cost (e.g. Shopping & Booking) data accuracy on monthly basis for cost account budgetDevelop and maintain Distribution Cost data model for supporting cost of sales report and costs measurement & analysis in order to drive area of improvementManage data development with vendor and IMT via change implementation and process automationConduct invoice audit to validate rebate performance,and issue claims in accordance to invoice errorsRequirements
