Burton and South Derbyshire College are seeking a dynamic and learner-focused Distance Learning Team Leader to lead and manage a high-performing online delivery team.

This is a key role responsible for the day-to-day management of distance learning provision, ensuring a high-quality, compliant and engaging learner experience while driving strong performance against key targets.

You will lead, coach and develop a team of assessors, monitor performance and use data-driven insight to improve retention, achievement and progression outcomes.
