As part of the Human Resources division, you will oversee both short-term and long-term disability cases, ensuring successful rehabilitation and reintegration. You will also provide guidance and education on policies and processes to both employees and managers involved in the accommodation and leave management sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and manage disability claims from onset to resolution
• Develop and facilitate individualized return-to-work plans
• Consult on medical absences and provide guidance
• Implement strategies with external partners for workforce reintegration
• Support compliance with relevant legislation and policies
