In this role you will:
Lead VCO strategy planning, performance tracking, and resource prioritization across Global Finance verticals: employee planning and developing a performance framework.Support planning and analysis and develop recommendations for strategic initiatives, reinforcing alignment across broader BNS enterprise and/or regional functions. Design and articulate modernization efforts to Global Finance’s operating model(s), with cross-vertical strategic design and coordination.Align senior committee agendas to strategic outcomes and ensure trade-off clarity for executives and Board-level forms, leading Board and OPCO-level updates and communications.
