In this role, you are the steward and primary relationship contact of a portfolio of RBC clients, bringing the best of RBC to businesses, their employees and their owners, demonstrating a One RBC mindset. This role will acquire and grow client relationships through skilled, tailored and proactive advice and solutions, meeting with clients in person or virtually, based on client preference. This role will regularly introduce partners and specialists to offer solutions that meet clients financial needs. This role works in collaboration with Dealer Service Manager/Financing Specialist partners, achieving and sustaining portfolio quality through disciplined execution of client and portfolio management routines.
