• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Managers across Crypto, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Client Growth & Retention: Proactively identify client needs and opportunities to expand Worldpay’s share of wallet through strategic cross‑sell and upsell initiatives, driving sustainable portfolio growth.
• Strategic Relationship Building: Establish, nurture, and expand strong, multi‑level relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders within client organizations to protect and grow strategic accounts.
• Market Presence & Brand Advocacy: Extend Worldpay’s presence across Crypto by representing the brand at key industry events, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing our web of influence through thought leadership and strategic engagement.
