About The Role

• We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results‑driven healthcare leader with expertise in quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management to lead organization‑wide initiatives that enhance performance, ensure compliance, and improve patient and resident outcomes.
• Reporting to the President & CEO, the Director, Quality, Safety & Risk provides strategic and operational leadership for quality, risk, and safety programs across the organization and its entities.
• This role is responsible for driving a strong culture of continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and system‑wide performance excellence aligned with organizational values and provincial standards.
