Overview

Berkeley Payment Solutions is looking for a high-impact, strategic leader to serve as our Director, Project Management.

This isn’t just an implementation role; it is the ‘Command Center’ for all execution at Berkeley.

We are seeking a candidate who can master a dual-track portfolio: managing a high-volume client onboarding engine (~20 active projects at any time) while simultaneously leading critical internal transformations, such as our FIS Migration and AI-driven operational initiatives.

As the Director of Project Management, you are the single accountable executive for the delivery of every project across the organization. You will lead a high-performing team of Implementation Managers and Project Managers, shifting the culture toward accountable project governance and predictability.
