Position Summary

The Director of Sales – Brazil leads the strategy to identify, expand and prioritize volume development opportunities within the Brazil territory. This role identifies new business opportunities to achieve or exceed the budgeted sales plan, including the development of new markets. The Director provides leadership for three Regional Sales Managers in Brazil, ensuring the team’s quarterly and annual sales targets and new market openings are consistently met. The person in this role initiates and develops effective relationships with key customers to maximize growth and market share while partnering with customers to identify category and trend opportunities for increasing sales in Brazil.
