Your responsibilities
Steward of the Metalab brand, translating this into brand-building opportunities and tactical marketing strategies that drive results. Own the overall marketing vision, planning, execution, and budget. Manage and roll out marketing and brand awareness strategies from concept to execution to measurement, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, social media, and PR. Lead and grow a marketing team handpicked to tell engaging stories through design and content about what we do and how we do it; ensuring their deliverables ladder up to our strategies and goals while executing alongside them in order to deliver it. Ability to report on and assess marketing performance and campaign effectiveness with data-driven insights, attribution, and analytics.
