This leadership role is focused on building and scaling a high-performance growth engine that drives measurable revenue impact across acquisition, activation, and retention. You will operate at the intersection of growth marketing, product-led growth, and demand generation, shaping how a fast-scaling SaaS product reaches and converts its customers. The role requires a strong balance between strategy and hands-on execution, with direct ownership of key marketing performance metrics such as pipeline, conversion, and customer acquisition efficiency.
