Position Overview

The Director of Integrated Health Services provides program oversight and strategic leadership for a team‑based primary health care team. The role drives program and service excellence, fosters partnerships, and guides responsive and integrated services and programs aligned with the Community Health Centre’s vision, mission and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to advance the Centre’s vision, mission and priorities.
• Ensure alignment of programs, resources and operations with community needs, health equity principles and organizational goals.
• Meet licensing and regulatory requirements of the relevant professional governing body.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health administration or a comparable field.
