This role exists to build, improve, scale, and govern the systems that enable Dealer Growth Strategists (DGSs) to consistently help dealerships sell more cars. The Director of Growth Systems is not primarily responsible for individual dealership growth execution. Instead, this role owns the infrastructure, operational systems, quality control, automation, attribution, traffic frameworks, scalability, and team performance systems that support DGS success.
