In this role, you will:
Lead the transformation of Global HR’s data, analytics, reporting and visualization capabilities to improve data-driven decision making and accelerate insights at scale to help each line of business optimize human capital.Drive applied employee research, data mining, analytical/statistical methodology, behavioral science and the development of predictive models to further our understanding of the workforce and enhance employee experience.Lead advanced analytics to drive actionable insights to propel human capital decision making and build behavioral science capabilities to enhance employee understanding and awareness.Partner closely with IT to develop data engineering pipelines, advance technology capabilities (i.e., software, infrastructure and data pipelines) to better leverage AI, machine learning and cloud-based tools.Develop a programmatic approach to increase data li...
