The Director & Global Head of HR Analytics and Data Office leads and oversees a team comprised of the global data office; analytics and insights; advanced analytics capabilities; reporting and visualization; and AI. This role is the primary contact for all matters related to Global Human Resources data and is the champion for advancing analytics capabilities, technologies, human capital insights and a culture of data literacy.

As the Global Human Resources Data leader, this position oversees the data office and manages the design, development and implementation of data strategies; data standards; data products; data procedures; data governance; and data security all in alignment with the Bank’s data governance framework.
