GBS FP&A Center Operations
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the GBS Center of Excellence for FP&A functions.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of finance professionals within the GBS FP&A Center.
- Collaborate closely with regional finance teams to ensure smooth transition of processes and successful knowledge transfer.Select, implement, and manage the necessary technology and tools to support the GBS Center's operations such as ERP, BI Tools, RPA and cloud-base platforms.
Financial Process Owner
- Construct and maintain financial process timeline and process documentation.
- In collaboration with regional financial leadership, ensure accurate and timely consolidation of global deliverables for the following:
- Year financial Budget
- 3 Year execution plan
- 5 Year operating plan
- Monthly global forecast
- Financial board reporting
