CA$120,000.00/yr - CA$150,000.00/yr

Director Finance & Business Operations will be a pivotal strategic and operational leader, driving the company's financial health, operational efficiency, and cross‑functional execution within the facility services business. This role goes beyond traditional finance, building clarity, challenging assumptions, and proactively implementing solutions to grow revenue, reduce costs, expand EBITDA, and optimize the entire business operating model for a national service‑first organization. This role reports to the President and has 2 direct reports.
