**Job Description** To achieve the above the following duties and responsibilities must be met for Maintenance, Laundry & Housekeeping departmentsOversee duties concerned with maintenance of grounds, parking lots, driveways, including landscaping, cleanup, snow removal and exterior Southlake property.Ensures all housekeeping chemicals meet all safety requirements and are effective products.- Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.**Education and Experience**Environmental Management experience 3 years preferred.Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience and 3 years management experience preferred.
