Job Summary

Responsible for leading teams that deliver technology solutions, projects & support enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, Workday, etc., with an acute focus on data and data integrations with other systems. Provide the leadership required to resource and execute the implementation of solutions to address current and future business needs across the enterprise. Serve as an internal business consultant to evolve the company's IT capabilities and services. This role will have deep expertise around industry best practices in enterprise systems, technology trends, horse racing industry, pari‑mutuel wagering and will implement solutions to enable key business strategies.
