Director, Data Management & Analytics

The Director, Data Management & Analytics will lead Enterprise data architecture and data management.

Reporting to the Executive Director, IT Operations, this role has ownership of the data strategy and operating model with a focus on client, case, and financial data metrics. This role will also play a key role in establishing and advancing the Firm’s AI and data governance framework, ensuring that data used in analytics and AI-driven solutions is well-governed, secure, ethical, and aligned with regulatory and Firm standards.

This role is expected to be a change agent, innovator and translator who will bring exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive sustainable change and improvement.
