This role will drive the evolution of the data ecosystem across CRM, marketing, fundraising, and digital platforms—enabling advanced analytics, improved donor insights, and data-informed growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the enterprise Data & Insights strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to fundraising, digital, and organizational priorities.

Partner with fundraising, marketing, finance, and operations leaders to translate business objectives into analytics use cases, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
